2018 Resolutions

Resolutions are an excellent way of building
yourself up for your big break. Some could be small and subtle like
smiling more and others could be tough and hard to follow through will
all year, like quitting sugar 😃. Either way here are some resolutions
that we thought are worth considering.

1. Wake up Early
It is true that the early bird catches the worm. Waking up earlier
than usual will give you time to set your agenda for the day, exercise
and stay on top of things.

2. Make a Statement
Whether it’s political or personal. It is definitely the year to spike
up conversation on things you care about. No more silence

3. Accessorize more consciously
Appreciate the beauty of accessories and use the right jewelry for the
right look. Ditch the mainstream and find your own personal style

4. Positivity
Cut out all the negative thoughts, feelings and energy and embrace
positive thinking, positive relationships and positive lifestyle .
This will have tremendous effects on your relationships and your
health.

5. Health
Becoming healthy is not an overnight activity. Caring about your
health entails a better diet, exercise and regular check ups. Embrace
activities like yoga, skipping rope and power walking or substitute
junk food for a salad once in a while, it will go a long way in making
you feel and look better this year
